Dear Diary
Dear Journal
Dear Loser
Hey ME .
Ugh. So if you couldn't tell by the first word of my 'journal entry', I am not happy about this whole 'writing in a journal' idea. Mary Brunton, my young and utterly-new-to-this guidance councellor, told me that it is supposed to be 'a good release for emotions', and maybe help prevent another one of my episodes at school. I don't get how writing words on paper can make me forget about wanting to hit people, ya know? Well, normally I would be okay with this and just tell Mary 'okay, I'll do this', and then not do it when I got back to my dorm. But, she had different ideas.
She told me that it would be a good idea to 'get started on it now'. I guess that she saw right through my fruitless plan. Now she's sitting, directly across from me, watching my scribble on this piece of lined paper, like she thinks that I'm going to stop and just run away or something. I wasn't going to do that, though - in one of her endless chats, I learned that Mary was on the track team in high school. For some reason, when you're angry at people you can pick out their faults very, very easily. I never noticed before that her haircut looks like a box over her head, and that her smile is crooked. Haha. Take that, Mary.
Okay, now that I'm done bagging on Mary, I don't know what else she wants me to write. Whenever I put my pen down she clears her throat like she has a bunch of mucus stuck in there. Ew, Mary, ew. That's gross, so I'm going to keep writing. I hope that you're happy - I'm not letting you read this. Evar. I don't care if you give me that crooked smile for the entire hour and fifteen minutes that I'm here. I can persevere.
So I guess that I could talk about what's been going on to me lately... I've been hanging out with Lydia a lot, and we've been getting in so much trouble. It's such a blast, even though I always end up getting sent to the prinicpals office. We're already on a first-name basis: even though the principal hates when I call him by his first name. Whatever, though, it's pretty fun to get in trouble with Lydia. And the fact that she's easy on the eyes is nice, too. We actually hung out yesterday, after the principal broke the news that I wouldn't be getting a free period anymore. She probably kept me from going into an episode on him.
The other day I also met this new guy named Jeremiah. I was pretty skeptical at first - he is apparently bffs with one of my enemies, Riley. But Jeremiah's a pretty cool guy - fun to talk to, has great taste (he complimented my hair), and he's definitely very hott. I gave him a tip on opening an aluminum can, so he totally owes me now - I just need to figure out how I'm going to collect. Haha. If only he were gay or bi. I would definitely be crushing on him then.
Hell yeah!!! Incase you were wondering about my enthusisam, I only have five minutes left to suffer here. I don't even know why I'm writing this like it's a letter - nobody will read this except for me. Well, at least I hope so. Time to seal you up and hide you under my mattress, bby.
Love, SCOTT .
Day One of my prison sentence daily visits to the guidance councellor is officially OVER !
