Alrighty, so here I have Neil.
He can get along with most people. He is a foreign literature major and enjoys anything artsy, but can also enjoy simple things in life. He can be romantic, but he already has a girlfriend (sorry, ladies); one Juliet Weston, who he is crazy in love with.
He is also fun-loving. He loves a good party and like pretty much every other character on this site, he drinks. He likes good food, good music, and good movies. Although, there are certain movies he can't stand, like stupid comedy. Basically, he can't stand anything too unintelligent.
Neil, unfortunately, has daddy problems. His dad is a doctor who wants him to be a doctor. He runs off and becomes a foreign literature major. Now, he and daddy dearest aren't speaking.
Like earlier mentioned, Neil can befriend pretty much anyone. He's pretty easy to connect with and has a good sense of humor. Read his profile if you want more info or something. [/center]
Everyone has their enemies, even a nice guy like Neil. Usually, these are people who are both really rude and not very smart, or people who are enemies with his friends (he is very loyal to his friends). [/center]
Like I said, Neil already has a girlfriend. He is a very loyal guy and would never even consider cheating on her. However, that doesn't mean nobody else can crush on him. After all, you can't deny, he is pretty good looking! Just don't expect him to return the feelings. If you want some plot with the relationship, you should probably ask Streamy (who plays Juliet) first, as Neil is just a canon and technically, all of his base are belonging to her.
