[/li][li]SHY: benji, obviously, is extremely shy. he keeps to himself, and when he does talk, you better listen. he speaks in almost a whisper, and only to his few close friends and girlfriend. yes, benji of course has friends, but it takes him a while to obtain them.
[/li][li]CLINGY: once benji gets attached to someone, it takes a long time for him to stop being obsessed with you. with benji was in seventh grade, he had a girlfriend named lila. he got too obsessed and clingy over her, and she eventually dumped him. some people might like this trait, while others hate it.
[/li][li]INTELLIGENT: benji believes in academics, and taking his time while he works. he doesn't give up easily, and spends a whole lot of time studying. however, his amazing grades come to him naturally. he recieves a B, and he's not satisfied. no, you probably wouldn't consider him a nerd, especially with tattoos and piercings all over, but benji does take learning seriously.
[/li][li]NAIVE: benji will gasp when he hears 'fuck' or 'shit'. even though he says these words a lot, he cringes when he hears them. being very naive, he doesn't do drugs, has random sex, and he barely drinks beer. he loves to party, however, but that's the limit.
[/li][li]CALM: benji is very calm during bad experiences and horrible moments. if a friend of his came to his house drunk, then benji would welcome them into his arms, and allow them to spend the night. he donates a lot of his spare change to charities, and cares for almost anyone.
[/li][li]SWEET: benji is sweet at heart. he's not the fake sweet, where he just tells girls what they want to hear. no, of course not. benji takes his compliments seriously, and loves seeing a friend smile and say thank you. he buys friends stuffed animals, ice cream, and anything to make them feel better. especially if they are sad. when his friends are sad, benji will be extremely caring and kind. not like he normally isn't.

On June 5th, after nine long months of pregnancy, Benji Peter Matheson was brought into the world. As Mrs. Matheson gazed longingly into her son's eyes, she vowed never to let anything happen to him. Once Benji was brought home two days later, he instantly was the kind of baby some parents liked to brag about. He barely cried, only when his diaper needed changing. Benji ate almost anything, and loved reading books. Most of that didn't change when he grew up. Actually, nothing did.
By the time Benji was thirteen, Mrs. Matheson and Mr. Matheson were still madly in love. Nothing had really changed, thanks to Mrs. Matheson's vow. She never let her son too anything. Even by fifteen, he hadn't gone to a dance, kissed a girl, been on a date, joined a sports team, or made any real friends. He just woke up, went to school, did homework, went to bed, and then repeated the process. Finally gaining the courage to tell his mother that he was almost grown up, and able to drive, she caved. After that, it was like the world opened up to Benji.
Once Benji was fifteen, he got invited to go to Darmon Academy. Happily accepting the invite, he left his parents' house and moved into a dorm. There, he caught his eye on a beautiful red haired girl named Scout. They fell in love, and are currently dating today. At the time, however, Benji was nervous and acted strange around her. Now and then, he made a fool of himself, but was too in love to care. It was his first real girlfriend, that actually didn't mind his personality.
